Nirantar conducts gender trainings and workshops, on request by NGOs and government programs. These trainings seek to build an understanding of gender and sexuality which is linked to personal experience and real life contexts.
Nirantar conducts trainings and workshops on sexuality on request by NGOs. These rigorous and in-depth trainings seek to strengthen community based interventions on women's rights, education, health, violence, etc.
Training of Trainers
We can conduct capacity building of a core team in organizations in order that they are able to further train others in their organizations on perspective and skill-building as well as effective strategies for women’s literacy and empowerment.
This training focuses on teaching-learning process, pedagogy of mathematics and language teaching, use of literacy primers, and activities in literacy work. These trainings are conducted with selected teachers from the respective organizations.
Material Creation for Neo Literates Workshop
Nirantar can conduct workshops with its partner organizations (advanced stage) in implementing literacy programs and materials, creating contextual reading material, especially resource material for neo-literate readers.
In addition to these trainings and workshops, members of Nirantar can visit field on request of organizations for need assessment, and to better understand and respond to the requirements of respective organizations.
Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Workshop
