Our library has grown steadily over the years, and now has a collection of over 8,000 books and documents on issues such as gender, education, sexuality, development, caste, communalism, and violence in various languages. The library has a large collection of fiction genre - short stories, novels, biographies, autobiographies, and literacy primers. We also subscribe to 10 journals and magazines on monthly and yearly basis respectively.
In addition to the printed material, we also have audio-visual resources such as documentary films and feature films that are used in our training and capacity building activities.
The library supports Nirantar's ongoing projects and is accessed by students, researchers and other NGOs. It’s open for all and anyone can read and explore the material.
