Nirantar develops and produces a range of gender-sensitive educational resources – reading material for newly-literate readers that is simple, entertaining and informative; and teaching-learning material, curricula and books for activists, students and educationists that are interactive and developed through sustained field engagement. Material production activities are central in fulfilling Nirantar’s mandate of engendering education processes. Nirantar also works collaboratively on various textbook writing interventions.
